About iClerk
iClerk is a service designed to streamline the process of understanding online meetings using advanced AI technology. It offers features such as translation, transcription, and analysis of audio and video content. The AI assistant of iClerk can attend meetings, record and transcribe them, offer summaries, and provide personalized recommendations based on your media library. It integrates with platforms like Teams, Google Meet, and Zoom to capture key points efficiently.

I created a design system in Figma, establishing a standardized set of components, typography, and colors to ensure consistency across all platforms.

The usability testing aimed to identify key usability challenges in Meetingmap (iClerk) and evaluate how effectively users could perform essential tasks such as inviting the iClerk chatbot to meetings and editing meeting transcripts. The testing was designed to provide insights into both new user onboarding and regular feature usage.
What did the usability testing give?
Reflection
When I first joined the company, I felt a bit overwhelmed and nervous. However, as time passed, I found myself pushing my design thinking skills, and it was incredibly rewarding to see my designs live on a published website.
This Co-Op significantly enhanced my experience in UX Design and UX Research. The CEO and CFO commended my presentation for its clarity and actionable insights, reinforcing my confidence in delivering impactful design solutions
